By accessing or using TXTBOO ("the Service"), operated via txtboo.com, tap2txt.me, and unlocktxt.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TXTBOO is a platform that enables content creators ("Creators") to monetize direct messaging with their fans ("Fans") via SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp. The Service includes content distribution, number access subscriptions, tips, and related CRM tools for Creator management teams.
The Service offers three account types: Management Accounts (business operators), Creator Accounts (talent/content creators), and Employee Accounts (messaging operators). Each account type has different permissions and responsibilities as outlined in our platform documentation.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. Creator Accounts require identity and age verification before activation. Fans must confirm they are 18 or older before making any purchase.
TXTBOO is a strictly SFW (Safe For Work) platform. No NSFW, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content is permitted. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund. Creators are solely responsible for the content they distribute through the Service.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Creators set their own pricing. TXTBOO takes a platform fee from each transaction.
Purchasing number access grants you the ability to send messages to the Creator's assigned phone number. Only verified, paid Fans may message Creator numbers. Unauthorized messages will be blocked automatically. Access may be revoked for violation of these terms.
Content distributed through the Service remains the intellectual property of the Creator. Fans may not redistribute, resell, screenshot, record, or share any purchased content without explicit written permission from the Creator.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service. Creators may deactivate their accounts at any time.
TXTBOO is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TXTBOO in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
