Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refunds

All content purchases (unlocked content, exclusive drops, media) are final and non-refundable. Once digital content has been unlocked and delivered, it cannot be "returned." By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying access to digital content and waive your right to a refund for that content.

2. Number Access Subscriptions

Number access subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

3. Tips

Tips sent to Creators are voluntary, non-refundable transactions. Once a tip is sent, it cannot be reversed.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
  • Content that was not delivered due to a platform malfunction
  • Unauthorized transactions (with supporting evidence)

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at support@txtboo.com within 7 days of the transaction with your phone number and transaction details.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in permanent suspension of your account and loss of all purchased content. We work with Stripe (our payment processor) to investigate and respond to all disputes.

6. Creator Deactivation

If a Creator deactivates their account or is removed from the platform, active subscribers will receive a prorated refund for the remaining days in their current billing period. Past content purchases remain accessible via the TXTPlay app.
